Our Practice

We draft and review employment agreements, HR manuals, remote-work policies, POSH frameworks, contractor/consultant agreements, and confidentiality & IP-protection clauses. We assist with labour registrations, onboarding compliance, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and exit processes including notice, severance, and documentation. We represent both employers and employees before labour authorities and courts, and file civil suits relating to employment disputes, breach of contract, unfair termination, wage claims, and misconduct. We also protect organizations against employee and client poaching, enforce non-solicitation and non-compete obligations, pursue legal remedies against misuse of confidential information, and defend employee rights where required.
