1. General Policy

Bizcon Legal LLP provides professional legal services, advisory, compliance support, and access to automated legal document solutions (including through strategic partners such as Rely AI Tech Pvt. Ltd. & Bizcon Services LLP). Due to the nature of professional legal work, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

2. No Refund Once Service Begins

Refunds are not applicable once:

A. A consultation has been conducted
B. Work on a matter has commenced
C. Documents/templates have been shared or accessed
D. Legal opinion/advice has been issued
E. Filing or compliance process has started
F. Work has been assigned to a lawyer or consultant
G. A digital document has been generated, viewed, or downloaded

3. Cancellation Before Service Allocation

If a client cancels before assignment of work or before reviewing any draft, Bizcon Legal LLP may, at its discretion, refund up to 50% of the fee paid, subject to deduction of administrative and processing charges.

4. Non-Refundable Services

No refund applies to:

A. Consultation fees
B. Advisory/retainer packages
C. Drafting/review services once drafts are initiated
D. Document automation fees
E. Platform access subscriptions
F. Statutory/government fees, stamp duty, filing fees
G. Emergency/priority services
H. Third-party costs (professional or technical)

5. Rescheduling Policy

Consultations or meetings may be rescheduled once without charge, subject to lawyer availability and advance request (minimum 24 hours’ notice).

6. Service Dissatisfaction / Revision Support

If a client is dissatisfied with quality, we may provide:

A. Reasonable revisions
B. Clarifications or corrections
C. Re-drafting aligned with scope

*Revisions do not extend to new scope, changed instructions, or retroactive strategy changes.

7. Project Termination by Bizcon Legal LLP

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

A. Client provides false/incomplete information
B. Client requests unethical/illegal work
C. Client is abusive or non-cooperative
D. Conflict of interest arises

Refunds in such cases shall be decided at our discretion after deducting work-done value.

8. Government Filing Delays / Third-Party Dependencies

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

A. Government portals/registries (ROC, GST, Income Tax, RBI, FCRA etc.)
B. Technical issues on regulatory platforms
C. Third-party service providers
D. Force-majeure events

No refund is applicable due to such delays.

9. How to Request Cancellation

Clients must write to:

A. Name & contact
B. Invoice/reference number
C. Service purchased
D. Reason for cancellation request

10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes relating to refunds/cancellations shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
